How shipping works
Orders process on business days first, then the available carrier lanes are refreshed for the destination country during checkout when live supplier shipping data is available.
If an address needs to change or a parcel appears delayed, contact support with the order number as early as possible.
Shipping options by region
When the source supplier exposes carrier lanes, checkout refreshes the available options for the destination country. The region summaries below are the same standard policy fallback the storefront uses whenever a live provider lane is unavailable.
United States
Domestic orders usually move first. Standard shipping is the default path, and expedited shipping appears for shoppers who need a faster window.
- Standard shipping: Free over $49 • 3-5 business days after dispatch
- Expedited shipping: $14.95 • 2-3 business days after dispatch
Canada
Cross-border orders usually take a little longer than U.S. domestic orders because the parcel still moves through customs and final-mile handoff.
- Standard shipping: Free over $79 • 5-8 business days after dispatch
Europe & United Kingdom
European and UK orders normally ship on an international carrier lane with a slightly wider transit window than North America.
- International standard: Free over $89 • 6-10 business days after dispatch
Rest of world
For destinations outside the main domestic and European lanes, the checkout flow still shows a shippable option when we can support the address, but transit times are broader.
- International shipping: $19.95 • 7-14 business days after dispatch
What to do if something changes
Shipping times can shift during holidays, weather events, or customs processing. Tracking links usually update after the carrier scans the parcel into the next checkpoint.
Address changes
Contact support as quickly as possible if the shipping address needs to change. Once the order has been released to the carrier, edits are much harder to make.
- Include the order number in the first message.
- Share the corrected address in the exact format it should appear.
Delivered but missing
If the carrier marked the order as delivered but the parcel is missing, check safe-drop locations and nearby delivery points first, then contact support.
- Review the tracking link before reaching out.
- Include the delivery date and the shipping address used.
